“Whenever those moments come, return to the reason you accepted this responsibility—to serve, to inspire, and to make a difference,” emphasized Mindanao State University at Naawan (MSUN) Chancellor Dr. Elnor C. Roa during the Turnover of the Key of Responsibility to the newly installed MSUN–Integrated Developmental School (MSUN-IDS) Principal on July 13, 2026.

After eight years of dedicated service as MSUN-IDS Principal, Assoc. Prof. Rosalina L. Divinagracia formally turned over the key of responsibility to Asst. Prof. Marchie B. Nadonza, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the MSUN-IDS community.

“While time can be measured in years, for me, it is measured in memories, lessons, and countless opportunities to serve,” Assoc. Prof. Divinagracia shared.

She further underscored that the achievements of the institution were never the work of one person alone, but the product of collective dedication and shared commitment.

“It is crucial to recognize that every achievement of this institution has never been the work of one person. Our success has always been the result of the collective efforts of our dedicated teachers, staff, supportive parents, hardworking learners, alumni, partners, and everyone who believed in our shared vision,” she said.

Meanwhile, after serving the College of Education and Social Sciences as Chairperson of the Department of Secondary and Elementary Education (DSEE), Asst. Prof. Nadonza now steps into her new leadership role with humility and purpose.

“I consider this opportunity not merely a position of leadership, but a call to serve and contribute meaningfully to the continued growth of our institution,” Asst. Prof. Nadonza shared.

The ceremony served as both a tribute to the meaningful leadership of Assoc. Prof. Divinagracia and a hopeful welcome to the stewardship of Asst. Prof. Nadonza.
