On December 10, 2024, Mindanao State University at Naawan (MSUN) was given recognition as one of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region 10’s ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB) partners, during the DICT 10’s 2024 TECH4ED-DTC Regional Awards at Cagayan de Oro City.

This significant recognition highlights MSUN’s active role in promoting ICT education and skill-building programs, alongside its continuous efforts to foster technological advancement in the region.

The event, a key occasion in the region’s tech and education landscape, acknowledged the pivotal role of the Tech4ED Center in creating and expanding opportunities for digital literacy and competency development.

Furthermore, the event celebrated how the Tech4ED initiative has successfully established robust partnerships with various educational institutions, local and national government units and agencies, ICT industry organizations, advocates, and other training bodies. These collaborations have significantly contributed to strengthening the ICT capabilities of communities, empowering individuals with essential skills for a rapidly evolving digital world.
