MSU at Naawan, KIIT India Strengthen Academic Partnership through MOU Signing

Mindanao State University at Naawan further expands its global academic network through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) Deemed-to-be-University, Odisha, India, on June 23, 2026 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The signing took place during the participation of MSU at Naawan delegates in the Times Higher Education Global Sustainable Development Congress 2026, a global gathering of universities, policymakers, industries, and organizations advancing sustainable development and institutional collaboration.
MSU at Naawan was represented by University Chancellor Dr. Elnor C. Roa; Dr. Rey Y. Capangpangan, Vice Chancellor for Research, Innovation and Global Engagement; Dr. Anabelle D. Espadero, Director for Research and Publication Services; and Dr. Aida P. Perpetua, Director for Extension Services.
The MOU marks another step in the University’s internationalization efforts, opening opportunities for academic cooperation, joint research, community service, student mobility, and other collaborative programs beneficial to both institutions.
