Office of the Records and Archives (ORA)
Overview
The Office of the Records and Archives (ORA) of Mindanao State University at Naawan (MSUN) is the institutional custodian of all official records and documents of the University. The ORA serves as the backbone of organizational memory — ensuring that the knowledge, decisions, and communications that drive the University’s academic and administrative life are preserved, protected, and made accessible with integrity. The Office manages, preserves, and safeguards official records and documents — including Special Orders, Board of Regents Resolutions, Memoranda, Endorsements, Certifications, Minutes of Meetings, and Agreements — and ensures these are properly classified, securely stored, and readily retrievable for administrative, legal, academic, and historical purposes.
In line with the University’s goal — to sustain a culture of transparency, accountability, participatory governance, and predictability — the ORA is committed to delivering records management services that are systematic, reliable, and above reproach.
