The Research and Extension Publications Office (REPO) of the Mindanao State University at Naawan (MSU at Naawan) is the publishing arm of the University. It functions as an avenue for the dissemination of knowledge in research, extension, and development of the University. Its main output is the Journal of Environment and Aquatic Resources (JEAR), which publishes one volume per year. The Publications Office publishes books, monographs, working papers, occasional papers, and other scholarly publications that contribute to studies related mainly to the environment and aquatic sciences.

JEAR is an open access peer-reviewed multi-disciplinary journal devoted to the publication of research and development studies on the terrestrial and aquatic environments, and includes the human, governance, and environmental components.
