The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance (OVCAF) is a cornerstone of governance and operational management at Mindanao State University at Naawan (MSUN). It provides leadership and coordination in financial, administrative, and risk management functions, ensuring that the University’s resources—human, financial, physical, and logistical—are efficiently utilized and strategically aligned with its goals of academic excellence, research innovation, and community service.

Guided by the principles of accountability, good governance, and institutional resilience, OVCAF oversees three major divisions: the Administrative Services Division (ASD), Finance Management Services Division (FMSD), and the Office of the Campus Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (OCDRRM).
