 The Center provides R&D services focused on cutting-edge innovations in aquaculture, marine resource management, and sustainable practices.  The Center offers consultancy services to aquaculture businesses, fisheries managers, and government agencies. These services include environmental assessments, stock assessments, habitat restoration planning, and advice on best practices for sustainable fisheries management and marine conservation.

 The Center conducts workshops, seminars, and training programs for local fishers, aquaculture practitioners, industry professionals, and students. These programs cover topics such as sustainable aquaculture techniques, Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture (IMTA), microalgae cultivation, and responsible marine resource management.
