The Office of the Monitoring and Evaluation (OME) shall be accountable for the collection, examination, inspection, review, and data analysis of individual and organizational performance responsible for the coordination of the implementation of the fulfillment of plans that are put into action for the improvement of effectiveness and efficiency cost centers. The office shall be responsible for the data collection pertaining to the implementation of accurate and appropriate performance which is essential in maintaining the integrity of the monitoring and evaluation, quality checks & data screening, and undertaking validation of the reports with source documents on a regular basis. The office shall also be responsible for the data management and analysis pertaining to the implementation of the data visualizations in a variety of areas to help analyze performance in various cost centers. The office shall be the one to provide suggestions for the preventive and corrective actions for the conformity of plans.
