The Office of the Information, Press, and Publication (OIPP) serves as the central communication and media unit of Mindanao State University at Naawan. As the primary conduit for official information and institutional representation, the OIPP is tasked with the planning, creation, management, and dissemination of content that reflects the university’s goals, milestones, and public image. The office oversees the university’s official website and social media accounts, ensuring that digital communication channels are well maintained, strategically developed, and responsive to the evolving needs of the university and its stakeholders. It coordinates and documents university-wide events, achievements, and programs in partnership with various departments and offices, ensuring that communication efforts are unified, timely, and representative of the university’s values. Moreover, the OIPP is responsible for the production of major institutional publications such as the University Newsletter and Annual Report, as well as the development of official audio-visual materials that support academic, administrative, and outreach efforts. These outputs contribute to public awareness, internal cohesion, and external credibility.
