Services

  1. The client/applicant submits the letter request form together with other pertinent documents to the OVCRIGE.
  2. The OVCRIGE staff receives and records the submitted documents in the logbook. The VCRIGE reviews the content and purpose of the letter request. 
  3. If the request is not approved, the client/applicant is notified in writing and provided with feedback for improvement or future submission.
  4. If the request is approved, the Secretary prepares the endorsement letter. 
  5. The VCRIGE reviews and signs the prepared endorsement.
  6. The OVCRIGE staff releases the approved and signed endorsement documents to the requestee. 
  7. The client/applicant receives the signed endorsement and forwards it to the Office of the Chancellor for appropriate action.
  8. Process completed.
  1. The client/applicant submits a request letter for Special Order for Project Composition along with other pertinent documents (e.g., LIB, Research Funding Agreement, MOU/MOA, and others) to the OVCRIGE.
  2. The OVCRIGE staff receives and records the submitted request and its attachments. 
  3. The VCRIGE reviews the request and evaluates the completeness and relevance of the documents. 
  4. If the request is not approved, the client/applicant is notified in writing and given feedback to support further development.
  5. If the request is approved, the Secretary prepares a letter of endorsement. 
  6. The VCRIGE checks and signs the endorsement. 
  7. The OVCRIGE staff releases the approved and signed endorsement documents to the requestee. 
  8. The client/applicant receives the signed endorsement and forwards it to the Office of the Chancellor.
  9. End of process.
  1. The client/applicant submits a letter requesting the Issuance of a Special Order for the Conduct of an Activity with the attached Activity Design to the OVCRIGE.
  2. The OVCRIGE staff records the details of the request in the logbook. 
  3. The OVCRIGE Secretary reviews the attachments, verifies their completeness, and encodes a draft endorsement. 
  4. The VCRIGE reviews the draft, confirms, and signs the endorsement. 
  5. The OVCRIGE staff marks the endorsement with the office stamp and returns the signed document to the client/applicant. 
  6. The client/applicant receives the signed endorsement and forwards it to the appropriate office as instructed.
  7. Process completed.
  1. The client/applicant submits a travel order form to the OVCRIGE.
  2. The OVCRIGE staff receives and records the submitted travel order form. 
  3. The OVCRIGE Officer verifies the purpose of travel and ensures that the request complies with institutional guidelines. 
  4. The VCRIGE reviews and signs the travel order form. 
  5. The OVCRIGE staff records and releases the signed travel order form to the client/applicant. 
  6. The client/applicant receives the signed form, completing the process.
  7. End of process.
