General Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Abstract format: Please refer to the abstract guide for the font and spacing. Italicize all scientific names and other terms when applicable. Please note that when your abstract is accepted, you need to register to confirm your presentation. Presenters who fail to register before the allotted time after receipt of abstract acceptance will not be included in the final list of presenters.
Competing or non-competing: (Competing presenter should be a student and should present valid documents as proof)
Presentation Type: Please indicate your preferred presentation type (Poster Presentation/ Oral presentation). Please note that your preference may change based on the result of the abstract evaluation.
Research Theme/Category: Please indicate only 1 research theme/category
Author: Presenting author should be in bold letters.
Author affiliation: Use number in superscript to denote affiliation for multiple authors
Presentation Title:
Abstract: Should have a maximum of 300 words only but should include the introduction, statement of the objective/s, brief methodology, results and conclusion.
Keywords: Please provide 2-5 keywords
