The Intellectual Property Rights Office (IPRO) shall be responsible for the administration and organization of intellectual property matters of Mindanao State University at Naawan—including the management of the IP rights for all creative outputs and innovations resulting from the creative or research activities carried out by the employees. Likewise, the OIPR shall ensure and manage all activities leading to the protection and commercialization of the university/institution IP portfolios.
