Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Administration and Finance
The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance (OVCAF) is the support services of the University for its
mandate in Higher Education, Research, Extension, and Production. The Office is committed to providing steadfast support in
administration, personnel, general services, financial management, and budgetary services, as well as infrastructure and other
physical development of the University, and strives to continually serve in all the University’s undertakings.
The Office aims to promote the professional development of the administrative personnel to constitute highly competent and
motivated public servants. To continually provide effective and efficient support services, the Office lined its Vision, Mission, Goals,
and Objectives in accordance with the University’s VMGO for good governance and to better address standards set by the national
government and international community.
