The Office of the Institutional Planning and Development (OIPD) shall be accountable for coordinating the planning and development activities of the campus that will coordinate & focus on development initiatives and quality standards activities. The office shall be responsible for formulating plans related to land use development, infrastructure development, and renovation. The office shall also be responsible for evaluating the project proposals of the respective offices together with the resource allocation, and determination. The office shall consolidate the annual project plan, and budget plan of the institution.

The office also oversee the following sections:

• Project Development and Management

• Evaluating Project Proposals, Annual Budget Plans, and Infrastructure Plans
• Releasing of Results of Project Proposals, Annual Budget Plan, and Infrastructure Plan
• Endorsing of Project Proposals, Annual Budget Plan, and Infrastructure Plan
