Enterprise Development and Resource Management Office (EDRMO)
The Enterprise Development and Resource Management Office (EDRMO) of Mindanao State University at Naawan (MSUNaawan) serves as the institutional hub for managing enterprise initiatives, optimizing university resources, and promoting sustainable development practices. Established to support the University’s vision of becoming a self-sustaining and innovation-driven institution, the EDRMO is tasked with overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all income-generating activities and resource-based operations. The Office consolidates the operations of two major units: the Economic Enterprise and Services Unit (EESU) and the Facilities Management Unit (FMU). The EESU oversees three key sections—Sustainable Production, which manages aquaculture and other resource-based production systems; Product Design and Merchandising, which handles the development, branding, and commercialization of value-added goods and institutional products; and Integrated Resource Services, which delivers enterprise support services responsive to internal and external stakeholder needs. Meanwhile, the FMU supervises two core sections—Campus Lodging and Residence Services, which administers accommodations, room reservations, and guest check-in and check-out services; and Property and Venue Management, which facilitates the reservation, use, and inventory of university facilities and equipment. Together, these units contribute to the University’s financial resilience, service delivery, and developmental objectives.
