𝙋𝙤𝙨𝙩-𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙁𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 is fantastic area to start this educational journey. An exhilarating and occasionally nerve-wracking discussion signaled the start of a rigorous 30-day review course for our aspiring Fisheries Professionals. After a short opening program, one of our Fish Processing experts and fisheries board exam topnotcher, Ma’am 𝐆𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐬 served the students a thorough introduction to post-harvest fisheries. The following were among the specific topics covered during the first two days of the review class:
