Office of the Registrar, Admission and Scholarship
The Office of the Registrar, Admissions, and Scholarship (ORAS) is one of the divisions under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (OVCAA) and is led by a Registrar III who acts as the Head of the division and oversees all activities of the different sections under it as well as its personnel. Acts as a Campus council secretariat and takes responsibility for the administrative section that handles clerical tasks of the office.

The Office of the Registrar, Admissions, and Scholarship envisions itself as a showcase of service orientation in the University providing prompt, efficient, courteous, and responsive services to the academic community and external entities.

The ORAS aims to fulfill the following:
● Efficient Admission, registration, and graduation processes
● Maintaining effective and efficient records management
● Issuance of error-free academic-related documents
● Conduct and implement admission and scholarship examination
● Implementation and monitoring of student scholarships and grants
