The office handles all social media accounts of the university, including the maintenance and development of the official website. Further, the office covers all events and happenings in and outside the university ensuring they are all documented and publicized, in coordination with all offices of the university.

The OIPP is also responsible for the Annual Report and University Newsletter, as well as official audio-video presentations of the university.
