The Office of the Quality Assurance and Management System (OQAMS) shall be accountable for ensuring the quality standards of the institution through proper document management practices is essential for program compliance, accreditations, and system certification. The office shall be responsible for the consistency and reliability of the processes implemented in the institution. The office shall also be responsible for the standardization of the operations and systems of the offices for the assurance of the provision of quality services.

The offices also oversees the following sections:

• Program Certification
• Institutional Quality Assurance Audit
• Institutional Certification/Accreditation

Services:

• Releasing a Copy of Survey Instruments (PSV, OBQA, MSI, PPP, MOO, ISO)
• Receiving Documents for Accreditation Self-Survey, or Manual of Operation Evaluation
• Releasing of Results of Accreditation Self-Survey, or Manual of Operation Evaluation
• Endorsing of Program for Accreditation, or Manual of Operation Revision
