The Office of Student Development (OSD) of Mindanao State University at Naawan (MSUN) functions as a specialized unit under the administrative and policy supervision of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Services (VCSAS). Its mandate is anchored on the University’s mission to promote holistic student formation, ensuring that learners are provided with avenues for personal growth, leadership cultivation, and community engagement beyond the confines of academic instruction.  The MSUN-OSD is tasked with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of structured programs and services that address the developmental needs of the student body. These initiatives are strategically designed to strengthen leadership competencies, promote responsible citizenship, and encourage active participation in both co-curricular and extracurricular domains.
