The Office of the Finance Services (OFS) is responsible for the financial processes, obligations, and management of the institution. The Office aims to provide excellent financial management that enhances transparency, accountability, and participatory governance, composed of competent public servants who observe professionalism and integrity. The Office shall also be responsible to be compliant and keep up with the fast-evolving government accounting and budgeting standards, fully implementing the audit observations and recommendations in the financial transactions of the University, and being an effective expediter in optimizing the utilization of government resources
