On August 22, 2023, Lancaster Technology and Development Philippines, Inc. (LTD), the company responsible for the implementation of the project, “Supply and Install, Testing, and Commissioning of the Components in the Digital Transfiguration and Literacy System Development in Mindanao State University at Naawan”, did an Onsite Project Kickoff at MSUN Function House.
The onsite project kickoff happened as it is crucial for setting the tone, defining goals, and aligning the project team members, that’s why LTD introduced their Project Management Team, Communication Protocol and Change Management, Project Components, Project Plans, and Technology Partners to the officials and constituents of MSUN.
The project kickoff was also an opportunity for both of the parties to align expectations, clarify uncertainties, and set a positive tone for the project.
